Welcome, parents and families!

Our relationships with our children can push us to a place of emotion that we never knew possible. Yes, to the depths of love and devotion! But parenting can also be one of the most overwhelming things we do. And most of us don’t get the support we need to do it.

I help families enhance their relationships with one another, providing support and strategies for kids and parents alike so parents can be the people they want to be and build resilient and thriving families.

I offer counseling for kids and parents along with parent resource groups. I am committed to helping your family thrive.

My Counseling Services

I offer counseling for parents and children from toddlers through teenagers. In my counseling sessions and support groups, I help you address the concerns you have for your family.

I believe that you and your children are good and are doing everything you can to be close. But if you find your experience of parenting to be more challenging than enjoyable, it might be a good time to reach out. The child-parent relationship is rich with possibility and working through its kinks with awareness can be a source of healing and growth for parents and children alike.

My priority is to understand the details of your experiences through deep listening. I provide strategies that will help you find new ways of relating to your children, help your child build resilience, confidence, and flexibility - and bring more ease and delight to being together.

Parent and Family Therapy

In family counseling we will work specifically on your concerns with the goal of enhancing your relationship with your child or children.

I work with each family to create a treatment model that provides specialized and comprehensive support. My approach is connection-based and emotionally-focused. I incorporate parent support, play, and mindfulness approaches depending on the developmental age of the child/children and needs of the family.

Sessions are held in-person or via telehealth. I offer “out-of -pocket” services and can provide documentation for you to submit out-of-network reimbursement to your insurance.
